The Italian Kitchen - Thurrock

I had dinner at this restaurant today with my family and friends, and it was the worst food I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I suffered from terrible stomach cramps and sickness afterwards. The staff were also really rude. I would advise staying away from this place at all costs!

That eating out often and I am so happy in my local carvery in 8 pounds per head as I am in an American restaurant by the South Bank. shops in Lakeside yesterday we chose the Italian cuisine to eat. Big mistake. The time after I asked for it was 1.13 pm. After seeing three other tables that had come to the restaurant, they receive their food before us, we surely wonder one of the waiters what has happened with our food. He's not coming back to us. Then we asked another waiter what had happened to our food. She didn't get in touch with us, too. So I went to the counter and complained. The manager came and not once apologized. I asked for a restitution, he refused. When the food comes, it wasn't sosa to say the least. to eat Italian food a lot so I know of quality from this kitchen. All I can say is I'm not surprised they ask you to pay first. If we hadn't paid, he would have walked us. Don't bother with this place! Soda and food maleducted personnel. I'll be having this later.

I went to this restaurant last weekend while shopping, and it was a major mistake. The food was terrible, lacking any flavor. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, and when it arrived, the lasagna had no meat, just tomatoes, and my chicken pasta was rubbery. Both dishes were not even hot. We couldn't eat it and ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. I recommend avoiding this place, as there are plenty of other options to eat at Lakeside. Even McDonald's would have been a better choice.

We went there last Saturday. We'll take 15 minutes to order. A lot of old men behind the counter talking and looking indifferent, just one serving. ordered food. food came. dirty dish, dirty table, dirty cutlery, Nicoise salad was passable but not very clean surroundings. Only friendly face was Mrs. Sandwiches. It's better to avoid it.

We visited the Italian Kitchen on the17 th August. After looking at the prices being charged at some of the other fast food outlets. The £5 for any meal seemed to be very reasonable. This in fact does not include anything other than the main dish. So if you want chips or a bowl of salad then add another £2.99 for either. We ordered 2 Lasagnas a portion of chips and a salad. After about 10 mins wait the meal arrived the chips and salad were ok but the Lasagna was bubbling like a volcano on the outside but cold on the inside. We took them back to the counter and was told to sit and wait.After 20 mins had passed our chips and salad had long gone we still had no meal. On complaing we was told it was coming so wait or we could have our money back. So we did !. Poor attitude from staff.
