Mr.sub - Thunder Bay

Went in today first time ever because subways toaster don't work and I'll never go back to subway again now. Loved the food and the service was top notch. So much more satisfied than subway has ever left me. I don't even write nice reviews

Mr. Subs is my favorite sub shop in Thunder Bay. What really sets them apart is their exceptional service. The staff engages with you in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They genuinely go out of their way to ensure you leave satisfied. Highly recommended!

You all are awesome. Great friendly service every time

We visited one evening, arriving just under an hour before closing. The three staff members on duty truly made our day! After a long day of driving and feeling exhausted, we were in need of a quick meal, and these guys were fantastic! Instead of showing frustration at having customers so close to closing time, they provided service that was just as energetic and friendly as if we were their first customers. They patiently went over the menu with us, highlighted the local favorites, and answered all our questions. The food exceeded our expectations—much better than what we usually find at sub shops in the southern US. Although we were only in town for one night, I have no doubt we would have eaten here every day if we had stayed longer. Before we left, they even shared their personal recommendations for things to see the next day, which was a level of service that's hard to come by these days. I highly recommend giving them a try; you won't be disappointed by the food or the service!

The food is fresh, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is well-kept! This is definitely the best Mr. Sub location I've visited!
