Mr Chinese - Thunder Bay

All things considered being up here in the north, Mr Chinese was a very good restaurant.

Holy sh$@&%Wonton soup is SALTY AF My grandma's blood pressure increased after eating the wonton soup ordered from there.

Still cant beat the spring rolls~❤️them! Wonton soup with greens is super fresh

Four of us had dinner. Service was good, the food was ok, maybe a bit below average. The chicken balls had a ridiculous amount of batter, the rest of the food was alright but a bit lacking in flavor. They do a huge takeout business, one person couldn't keep up with packing the takeout orders!

We've ended up stranded for a few days in Thunder Bay, and last night we decided to head out for dinner. My wife Michelle picked this place out of a flyer and we are so glad we went. The first thing we saw as we walked up to the entrance was a rating from the Health Department level A for cleanliness and quality for their food. Then as we were waiting to be seated, we were greeted by one of the Hostesses who was very bubbly, and happy. She welcomed us and gave us an idea how long the wait would be, and she continued to support other customers. As we were seated, our waitress quickly brought us menu's and took our drink orders. This place was packed, and these poor servers were running about tending to customers needs. As we were placing orders, the Hostess who was taking them, gave recommendations for the meals, pricing and value. Once again fantastic service was given. When the food arrived, it was hot and very very good! I loved my selection as did my sister and wife. I would highly recommend this place for eats. We might head back again this evening! Fantastic Place!
