Churrasqueira Galo Inc - Thunder Bay

I absolutely adore Cobs Bread and have always been a loyal fan. I was really disappointed when they closed their Kensington Market store because it was the nearest location to me.

Eh, this restaurant is definitely geared towards a mass audience. I ordered the baguette, but it was too soft and lacking in flavor.

Today, I tried the double chocolate scone and I'm unsure about the flavor.

We stopped to ask directions and the food looked so good we ordered the 1/4 chicken take out. The portions were a good size and there was a choice of 2 sides. The meal was very tastey.

My friend and I went to Galo for supper tonight. I had quarter chicken with their special little potatoes and vegetables for $10. and it was delicious. The chicken was done is a special sauce and was delicious. My friend had meatloaf in a sweet and sour sauce with the little potatoes and vegetables. You had your choice of 2 sides but we chose the potatoes and vegetables. For dessert we had a special Portuguese coconut tart and a Portuguese custard tart. It was all delicious. I would definitely go again.
