Kfc - THREE RIVERS

I ordered the three-piece dark meat meal, which came with mashed potatoes and a biscuit for $9.00.

I ordered three pieces of dark meat, along with some biscuits, and the total came to $900.

I asked to speak to a manager, but she claimed to be the manager herself. This was at the Three Rivers KFC, and I found the whole situation to be unacceptable. The staff had terrible attitudes, and while I can’t comment on the food since I never received it, the lack of service is alarming. In my experience, there’s a word for what happened here, and it definitely wasn’t a refund. I specifically asked for my money back and was denied. With no receipt and no food, I hope the drive-thru cameras recorded this incident. I tried to leave a review on Memorial Day 2023, but unfortunately, it wouldn't let me submit it without a star rating that they certainly don’t deserve.
