Nothing special but a great place for a quick bite. They don't have a large menu but still have some decent items. The pricing is okay could be cheaper. The staff have been nice every time I go. They do not accept Apple Pay.

Pretzels make any day a better day! Wetzel's make it an extra amazing day! There are two shops at the Oaks, one downstairs outside and one near Lush upstairs and inside. This downstairs locations is usually less crowded. While a classic pretzel may be your fave, my family loves the bitz in a bag, no salt and the pizza bitz. They are both about $5 and delicious. They are easy to carry and share as you pursue the mall. The staff are pleasant. We always have a pleasant experience that is efficient and customer focused. So, what are you waiting for? Buttery pretzels await! They are open consistent with mall hours.

I have to wait 20 minutes for a simple pepperoni jalapeí±o pretzel because someone didn't tuck my order right.. she even told me that I have to wait if I want it.. I never get a sorry from her, the worst of all it's that she try to fix her mistake with something I didn't want.. Ridicules
