The Coffee Bean - Thousand Oaks

This place has an incredible gem! I ordered a half chocolate, half vanilla ice blended drink. The combination is just right, resulting in a refreshingly delicious beverage.

The atmosphere is cozy and quite unique compared to other places I've visited. The staff is very friendly as well. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing environment to work, study, or enjoy light conversation.

I ordered an iced latte, but it was disappointing. The coffee tasted stale, lacking flavor and being overly bitter. I also didn't ask for light ice, but that's how it came. I really love Coffee Bean, as it's my favorite coffee shop, and I've visited around seven different locations over the years. Unfortunately, this one was the worst experience I've had. To make matters worse, when I picked up my order, they didn't even call my name, even though my iced latte was supposed to be under my name. I won't be returning to this location again.

I would love to give them a 5 because their coffees are great. The only drawback is their menu for food. The site shows a nice variety but many of the items are never available. Otherwise, their service is great and employees are always friendly and courteous.

We love your store and your coffees! HOWEVER, it would be appreciated if you could purchase some new tables and chairs. About 1/2 the chairs are falling apart! And a few umbrellas would allow more folks to enjoy the area! Please!? Thanks!
