The staff here is friendly and enjoyable, and while they may make mistakes occasionally, they're quick to correct them! It's important to note that customers can sometimes be quite challenging to handle.

It's a nice restaurant. We ordered through an electronic tablet at the entrance, which was convenient. The service was prompt. Personally, I found the hamburger to be average; it didn't really wow me. One thing to note is that drinks cannot be refilled here, which is different from Colombia where refills are free. Also, promotional deals vary from location to location, so it's a good idea to check the app first to find the best offers.

This McDonald’s is quite spacious, featuring a large dining area on the upper floor. It tends to get very crowded during lunch hours, but the staff does an excellent job handling the rush. There are plenty of tables and seats available, although they fill up quickly during peak times. If you're working nearby, it’s a convenient choice for a familiar and quick meal. As of June 2018, the restaurant does not offer the new self-order kiosks. However, you can use their app for online and mobile payments and pick up your order in-store. They have the usual deals and combos you’d expect at McDonald’s, such as the dollar menu and various combo offers like 2 for $4 or 2 for $5. If you're in the DC area, I highly recommend downloading and using the McDonald’s app, as it provides great daily deals and additional offers related to local sports teams like the Capitals, Wizards, and Nationals.

They don’t include essential breakfast condiments with your takeout order, which makes the breakfast pretty much useless. I can eat pancakes without syrup, but when you’re in a hurry to get to work, it’s frustrating to have to drive all the way back to McDonald's, wait in line, and waste time just to get syrup that should have been included in the bag. On the other hand, I have to say that some employees are really nice during lunchtime and have brightened my day. I just wish they would include more condiments with the food, which isn’t bad overall.

The service was slow, but it was definitely worth the wait. The burgers are juicy, and the fries are cooked perfectly.
