Boston Market - Thornleigh

This isn't even considered a bosten market anymore!! They don't have any of the same food as bosten market!! Gravy is different.. Mac and cheese is different.. and the sweet pot was different.. all nasty!! They don't even have logo bags or cups!! I will drive 45 minutes away to the glen burnie Boston market before coming there again!! Not to mention how dirty this place was or how rude the employees are!!

The chicken was good. The sweet potatoes aren't as good as they use to be.

We placed an order for the chicken ribs meal that comes with 4 sides. We ordered 2 extra sides so 6 all together. 2 of which were Mac cheese. They didn’t have that but instead of calling to tell us to let us decide what we wanted instead they chose for us. So we ended up with 3 mashed potatoes 2 broccoli sweet potatoes. No gravy at all for the mashed potatoes. No marshmallow for sweet potatoes. on top of all that no cornbread. When I called to tell them that all of these things were missing the guy’s response was “we didn’t have it” so why not call tell us so we could choose what we wanted? Let alone give us a heads up when we picked up the food. the lady who gave us our food acting like we were inconveniencing her bc she had to go get our two bags of food. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from this location. Never again.

Dirty, no food, employees were afraid they are losing jobs No food arriving from wharehouse.

Under construction, staff doesn't want to be there, they told us twice. Half the food not available at dinner. no mashed potatoes and didn't feel like making any, per the staff
