Subway - Thornhill

I bought two sandwiches last night. They were made by a mature lady that could not care less how she makes them , she was busy talking to other customers at the same time. Obviously she is not proud of her work!!They don’t know how to pack and wrap the sub so it doesn’t fall apart when you are eating it.My total experience was a disaster.I give them one star cause I have to.I’ll never go there again.Subway head office: pay attention to your franchisee operations!! Some of them are pulling you down!

I ordered through the mobile app and the food was a lot better than ordering on the spot!

I had call them to place order for pick up at 08:54pm I live nearby to the location I mean just 2 minutes of drive I let the lady know that the store closes at 9:00pm which is was been stated on google and the lady was extremely rude said you call to place order 6 minutes I am closed I won’t take your order I ask her name and let her know that I will complain about this and she started shouting and hung up the phone. I know the closing is soon but still I got 6 minutes and the sandwich order won’t take a minute to be done. It was very pathetic that this store has such staff earlier people were good but now a days they don’t value the brand name and wants to run the store on there own!!!!

Sandwich was good, Chips were great. Staff were nice and friendly.Parking: You can park your vehicle in front of or close to shoppers.

As others have stated the older ladies who work there have to be the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Kept messing up my order multiple times and when corrected they had the nerve to accuse me of saying I wanted asked them for it. (Things I never order on my subs) Unhygienic after adding wrong toppings and correcting them they would throw it back in the tray. Never going here again.
