Subway - Thornhill

Very disappointed! I ordered the steak bowl cause I wanted to have less carbs and vegetables and meat. There was so little steak in there that i literally had to look for the meat between the rice! I called them to see if i can change it or get a refund causw i didnt want to have just rice and salad and they said they cant do anything about it and if you’re not happy then dont come here next time! Horrible customer service and horrible quality of food! Ive never seen any restaurant thar cares about their customers talk like that!

I often get lunch from this location. The Ladies at the front are always polite and friendly, and greet me with a smile on their faces. The store is very clean and hygienic, and I often see them sanitizing the place when I walk in. Every time I've walked in, the store has been spotless! The meat, veggies and bread are always fresh, and the Ladies always make my lunch perfectly to my desire.Thank you for your friendliness and hard work ladies!Parking: If you can't find parking outside the store, drive around to the underground parking lot!

This subway is very small and the employees are very unhygienic. They proceeds to make a sandwich after touching cash and machines.

First time orderd steak and cheez salad on the app from this location. I asked in the instruction to mix the salad with the sauce. The lady did't bother to read the instruction.A littel bit of suace on top ,not mixed and there was barely any meat in the salad.when I called and said that you forgot to mix the sauce both ladies were really rude.Parking: Hard to find prking spot.
