Burrito Zone - Thornhill

I thoroughly enjoyed the customer service and the food. The Burrito scarf and the Queen and Strawberry, especially in hot weather, felt like the perfect finishing touch.

Some friends and I ordered from Burrito Zone today and to say the food was less than satisfactory would be an understatement. I 'm not sure if the head chef was out for the day and some interns took over or what but we weren 't pleased. I 'll only speak to my order. I ordered some bbq wings, honey garlic wings and some nachos. Speaking just to that the wings were bland and looked undercooked with zero colour. Meanwhile the nachos looked like they were left on the counter for half an hour yet they were still burnt around the edges. The topics were minimal, maybe I should have expected that because I ordered steak instead of beef as a topping. Bottom line I had to try to improve the dish myself by tossing the wings back in the oven and throwing some shredded cheese on the nachos. I know, I know I 'm going off but when it comes to reviews you know you only right 'em for two reasons. Either the place was fire or it 's not. Unfortunately for Burrito Zone it was the latter. Next time I want wings or nachos I 'll order from St. Louies or Denny 's respectively.

Great burrito, even better than Burrito Boys! Ordered the large jerk chicken burrito and it's definitely enough for two meals. They put in SO much chicken and were still able to close the burrito. The chicken tasted juicy and fresh. The beans and rice were nicely seasoned and not at all bland like many places. Good salsa and burrito sauce too. The burrito sauce probably has sour cream in it so I'd skip the sour cream next time and get extra burrito sauce. They don't skimp on the toppings. Definitely going back to try more of their meats, especially the butter chicken. Huge array of sauces. They've got tortilla chips out that you can use the try the sauces. There's also a variety of good hot sauces in the seating area. Very friendly staff as well. The owner came over to give us a bag of free tortilla chips. They've got a bunch of Jarritos sodas and Starbucks refrigerated beverages. Got the Guava Jarritos which was good. They've got a bottle opener specifically for them. Lots of parking and I noticed they deliver on Skip The Dishes. Entry is off of John street.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! They offer delicious and healthy burritos, and the staff is very friendly. Since I started visiting, my eating habits have really changed for the better, as it’s hard to find healthy alternatives elsewhere. I really hope they come back soon; I've been using my Uber Eats app almost daily to order from them!

Meats r not even close to mexican flavours and now they want extra money for guacamole. Previous weeks was no charge!!! when u ask for that option is totally disappointing portion. Like tiny tiny guacamole in the middle of the plate. Very disappointed ?
