Ristorante Le Lacustre - Thônex

This was my first experience here, and it was worthy to check the time. We sat on the outside terrace and the weather was perfect for our dinner in the early evening. Our server, Paolo was definitely the highlight! He was really attentive, funny, charming and just great to be around. Even if food was acceptable, I would do it for him again. However, as it turned out, the food was FABULOUS! We had the salad with chicken and the tortellini. The Pasta is set up where you choose your shape then your sauce. I went with the tortellini with ricotta and spinach and the butter sage. OMG... Perfect! Definitely a return trip next time in Genève.

The Lac Leman Perch was an excellent main course, and in our case there was enough perch for two people. We also had île flottante as dessert and it was *fast* too big for two people (but sooo delicious! . The service was also very friendly and accommodating, the staff took a very good care of our small family. We would like to come back to Geneva for a day to visit this restaurant!
