I always love going to IHOP my pancakes and my chicken was

Food was good and fast service. They get you on the drinks.

Waitresses are talking too much amongst each other and not paying attention to the food being cooked because they waited too long to deliver my food and it was cold. NO TIPS FOR BAD SERVICE. I will never be coming back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It is always a pleasure to share my wife's and myself experience at a restaurant. Although other responses are confusing, we are habitual and loyal customer's. We have experienced unsatisfactory meals at this restaurant, however this is rare. Usually, the staff, and our meals are pleasing and well balanced. The menu is expansive, reasonably priced and quite delicious. Altogether, bravo! Job well done.

Everything we ordered was very over cook. And the cook can only cook one thing at a time. What I can guess due to the food being brought out one at a time. We will never eat the again.
