Arby's - Thomasville

I haven't been here for years, but the little ones hit here and it was quiet and I was calm. The staff was very friendly and beaten. The food was fast. Meals were perfect temperature. Fries were just a little cooler than I like, but not cold or damp. Dinning area was perfectly clean and tidy. Military friendly and the leadership (might be manager) [Jennifer] made me feel like she was really proud to serve a veteran.

I ordered through the drive thru, the women was polite and friendly. Food was hot and good. Good job guys!!

My only complaint is that my husband and I ordered four sandwiches, including a double roast beef. We made sure to check that all the food was in the bag, and we had to ask for sauce and salt, which was fine. However, when I got to the car and opened the bag, I found nothing but a napkin — and no, that's not a mistake. All we'd ordered was included, but they only provided a napkin. I guess we were supposed to share it? Seriously?

We arrived around 7 AM and ordered the French dip sandwich. At first, the staff member told us they couldn't make it, but then someone else mentioned something, and they agreed to prepare it for us, which I appreciated. However, when I opened my sandwich, I noticed that the beef was cut thicker than usual and there seemed to be less of it than before. I'm not sure what happened there, but typically, the food is fresh and really good.
