Martin Place Cafe - Thirroul

Excellent coffee very good sausage roll. Nice place to chill out. Customer service was professional but not friendly. This was surprising for such a cool place. Brighter attitude and attention to service would have made it 5 stars. It is difficult with masking-up I know but there's a considerate way to deal with customers so they want to return. I wondered if the staff I met enjoy working there?

The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance with beautiful art and flower arrangements. It has a European atmosphere. The burgers are delicious and the coffee is great. They also host jazz nights on Fridays which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be back to spend more time in this fantastic place. Highly recommend for those seeking a relaxing and unique experience.

Love this venue, staff, hot or cold beverages and food. Contrary to some other reviews I am a regular with my two children (aged 3+4) getting babycino’s at a great price for only 50c with free marshmallows!! and we love coming here. Proprietor Martin is friendly and out going with my children as they are well behaved as they should be in a public place. Best bacon and egg rolls around served on Turkish bread and only $10.50 with a small coffee! Highly recommend plenty of outdoor seating walk through the art gallery to the grassed area where my kids can run around

Best Bacon Egg rolls on the planet and trust me I've had a few. Owner is not rude like last review insinuated I just think he is reserved but it's made up by the beautiful service of the woman he surrounds himself with. Long Live Martin place Cafe

Our motorbike group, "The Como Crew," always makes a point to stop for breakfast and drinks when heading south. The food and coffee are excellent, with a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit. The waitstaff is fantastic - polite, friendly, and professional.
