Le Fourquet - Thimister

This fantastic restaurant in Thimister is located on two floors with a very rustic and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the menu offers a great variety of options. There is ample parking located next to the restaurant. The coffee is excellent, and I had a lovely evening dining here.

The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious, but it's important to make a reservation several days in advance because it often gets fully booked.

I hadn't been back since the new owner took over, but what a pleasant surprise! I had a great time on the beautiful terrace with friends. The service was excellent, and the food options, including burgers, pasta, and fish, were all delicious. Don't hesitate to try the house aperitif.
