Mcdonald's In L - thicum

As I pulled into the lot, there were two drive thru lanes open. A car was in the left one so I went to the right. As the car pulled forward, nobody said anything. So I said hello. No response. Then a car pulled up to the left side again and was promptly served. A car pulled behind them. That car was also served. Still no response to the right side. I would have loved to spend money but I guess nobody wants to take my order.

I took my special needs son here with the intention of just getting him a sweet tea because that's what he had asked for, but we ended up getting him a Happy Meal for lunch because he saw the toy display. Our trip ended with my son having a meltdown, at no fault of the employees, but the ones who were there and were realizing what was going on were incredibly empathetic, and I could not have been more appreciative.

I stop here on weekday mornings to grab a sandwich before work at 6am. Always drive through never been inside. They are fast and friendly food is correct and hot

This McDonald’s has gotten my order wrong 3x in one visit. I asked for egg McMuffin I received sausage egg McMuffin twice. The cashier who took my order was incredibly rude to my mom when she ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel by snapping back that you can’t order the meal when using the discount. I said she didn’t order the meal. The cashier then nastily responds with “well what did you order” check your attitude before you treat your customers, who keep you in business, with disrespect. There is a Dunkin, Hardee’s, KFC, Taco Bell, Royal Farms, and a Panera I could have chosen to go to. Next time I’ll go to one of those places instead of being disrespected by McDonalds employees.
