The Salad Station - Thibodaux

Love making my personal salads! Everything is so fresh and the employees are always friendly. I also added a fresh strawberry lemonade with my order. Delish

Salad Station discriminated against my wife's service animal and does not follow ADA regulations regarding service animals.

The bar has a good selection, but it seems the manager doesn’t pay much attention to the customers. The hot food station is rarely replenished, and all the tables are dirty. The floor hasn’t been swept either. As for the music, it’s not suitable for a public dining space. If you’re looking for a salad, I’d recommend going to Rouses instead.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The customer service is incredibly welcoming!

The salads here are fantastic, but the person responsible for slicing the red onions at the salad bar should definitely consider using a mandolin. The red onions meant for salads should be sliced thinly (julienne), but what I found in my salad were large chunks of red onion, which I really didn't enjoy and ended up leaving in my bowl. Everything else is excellent, though!
