Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Thibodaux

The amount of food you get for the price isn't worth it. Got the shrimp basket and what I got was like a child's hand of shrimp that's it.

This was my chicken thigh. No, that's not a wing, is a thigh.

I recently had 2 things happen with my Popeyes order. One, I ordered a blackened chicken sandwich and got a big box combo instead. Secondly I ordered a blackened sandwich, and it was not blackened/seasoned and dry. So tonight, I contacted the store and was told to come back to the store because they apparently dont season their chicken, and then she preceded to hang up on me. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. I dont appreciate being treated in this manner. I will not be going back to this location.

The food is always good. Most of the time, the service is good, but a lot of the time, the workers don't seem to like their jobs.

Who ever the shift manager was on 11/08/2023 around 7 pm at the location on south Acadia needs to be fired. She has no patience,is very rude and has an attitude. She said she could not hear me when I was placing my order thru the drive thru so I spoke a little louder. She got very rude and stated the total my order with an attitude. When I got to the window she standing there stating the price of my order an attitude. People like her should never hold jobs dealing with the public. It not anyone else’s problem that she has to work. I will be making a call to the store manager first thing Monday morning.
