We are made to wait in front of the bar for 10 minutes without any smile and we take care of the people behind us, certainly regulars, I find this unacceptable, and not in accordance with our ethics, I am in the profession and moreover a companion of France as as chef for 38 years Considering the plates served Go on your way, there are better other parts in Normandy with equal quality and price We are placed in a small place where people come and go, no point in having lunch in these conditions on a small table from where we leave. We had lunch a few months ago, unpeeled potatoes with a taste of earth, menus already not great and I'm not talking about the calf's head terrine with cold rubber flavor vinaigrette, school quality Basic canteen buffet, we are came back for the new bistro menu and the disappointment is great, a few years ago the restaurant was of superior quality it's good to have regulars but we will have to hold out over time and renew ourselves, otherwise it's the guaranteed degradation
