The food wasn't extraordinary but the value for money was really great. We eat well for cheap while still being able to go on a short outing. Downside: the vegetables offered the day we came were peas. Complicated in a children's menu knowing that it is a food with a high risk of choking for little ones (prd food), so I would have preferred to see green beans for example but the general taste was still good . Vegetarian options: Lots of toppings and vegetable dumplings. Kid-friendliness: Booster seats and high chairs clean and in quantity. Meal adapted to the child's taste but also in quantity. (Very) small play area in the center. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible from an elevator without a small step. On the other hand, when waiting in line, the maneuvers are not simple and you need help to reach the majority of the food. I had a beer that had to be uncapped, the cashier refused to open it, I had to wait for a cook to come to open it, I ended up opening it myself, don't sell any more alcohol if that's a problem for you!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
With a few minutes before closing, I used one of their kiosks to order a vegetarian hot dog and a bottle of fizzy cola. After paying, I carelessly neglected to print my receipt. When I went to the counter, where two employees were present (one named Sarra, and the other whose name I did not know), I was informed that the payment had not been recorded because my order did not appear on their screen. I tried to insist that I had indeed made the payment, but the impression was that I was being taken for a thief. Adding to this, the employee whose name I didn't know announced in a rather haughty tone that there was no more veggie sausage available. Faced with this situation, I was suggested to pay for another order, but this time by paying at the counter. Refusing this proposal, I left furious. After 5-10 minutes, Sarra from the service caught up with me to inform me that my order had finally been recorded. I returned to the counter to collect my veggie hot dog and bottle of cola, which I had already paid for. I noticed that the other employee, whose name I didn't know, was rather rude, especially when he haughtily announced the lack of veggie sausage. Hello, we eat at 2:00 p.m. at the Ikea restaurant already at the beginning no choice. Almost empty window. No bread, no napkins No choice of hot dishes. No soda, the ketchup dispenser empty., room table. My God disaster!!!!!! Serious people, nothing to eat. How do you manage restaurants ?????????? Help.
