Subway - Thetford-Mines

I ordered two twelve-inch sandwiches from this restaurant. The steak and cheese sandwich was not made correctly as I requested no cheese, the bread was not good, and it did not have spinach or the right sauce. The second sandwich, a chicken teriyaki with onions, also had no cheese as ordered online, hardly any salad or spinach, and the bread was not good either. All of this cost $25.00. I am extremely disappointed.

The service was prompt and the staff was friendly and polite.

We visited the restaurant at 9:30 on a Monday night (July 31, 2023). The young man who served us provided excellent service. He made sure our sandwiches were prepared perfectly while being friendly and smiling. We rate the service 10/10. Thank you!

Honestly one of slowest fast-food experience. I understood quickly that the staff was left to figure out how things worked. Poor them. Some patrons voiced their dissatisfaction. Perhaps a bad day, food was good, we were in a good mood after a good swimming competition. Nevertheless, bang! Two stars anyways
