The Counter Custom Burgers

We had the impossible burger here with vegan fixings, it was DIVINE. Service was attentive and friendly, good place to bring a group of friends. I recommend making your own burger, it's a little pricey, but the produce is very good quality!

I've come here a few times and typically had a great experience. Recently, the service and cleanliness has been declining. The tables never seem to be properly cleaned, some never got cleaned at all, I've waited over ten minutes just to get water, and one staff member had her kids running in and out of the kitchen. Our waitress couldn't tell us if our order had even been started, and at one point we couldn't find her at all for fifteen minutes. I'm not sure if there's an internal issue, but if the standards don't return to what they once were I won't be eating here anymore. The food is still good, though.

We went when it was in the 40s outside; come to find out, there’s no central heat... When we got our food, the appetizer (deviled eggs, which were delicious) didn’t come with plates or utensils (we asked for them from another waiter). Our entrees came out a few minutes later. One of my party got the chili, and when the other waiter brought us utensils, she didn’t bring a spoon, despite the chili being on the table already. I ordered a burger on greens instead of a bun, burger medium. The burger was well done and tasteless, on top of enough lettuce for a salad. So I ordered the ginger dressing, which ended up being really really spicy. But what was I supposed to do with my burger? Cut it on top of all that lettuce? I could have used another plate, but I was tired of asking for additional pieces that seemed natural to come with what we ordered that I didn’t ask for it. Especially because the burger was tasteless and the dressing was paralyzingly spicy, so why would I have eaten either piece anyway? Overall, not good food and not good service.

Came in with my fianceé to try the impossible burger. The server was nice, but our order took way too long to cook and send out to us. All three waitstaff kept periodically disappearing into the kitchen at the same time, and would all come back out at the same time. When the burger came out, the fries were already getting soggy, and the bun wasn't even hot or toasted. The regular burger cost 11$, and the impossible like 15$ I wouldn't pay that price to get soggy fries and a cold bun. Plus, the men's bathroom didn't even have soap. How would our server even wash his hands properly?

Great place for bison burgers and even vegan! The impossible burger is the vegan one. Tons of add on selections! Nice draft beer selection. Great service!
