Mahoney's Texish Bar Restaurant

I went to the restaurant for the drag show after making a reservation via Facebook weeks in advance. I asked if we should arrive early, but they assured me it wasn't necessary since they don't use a stage and the performers walk around. However, when we arrived 45 minutes before the show, we were placed in a corner and the performers only briefly came to that area before returning to the stage. I was disappointed by the false information given, as there were definitely bad seats. The menu looked promising, but the food was very disappointing and the drinks were not good either. Overall, I was let down and will not be returning to this restaurant. I am grateful that I did not have to pay to watch the show and was able to leave early. I would have rather stayed home than spend $50 at this establishment.

My friends and I finally decided to try out Mahoney's based on a recommendation, and we were not disappointed. We ordered duck wings, a southwest burger, fish and chips, as well as cider and berry sangria. Everything was fresh and delicious. I have to emphasize, you must try the duck wings, they are amazing! Our waitress, Cassandra, provided exceptional service. She was well-informed about the menu and made great recommendations. She made us feel like we were her top priority and we never had to wait for anything. We highly recommend Mahoney's on the waterway.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was friendly and welcoming, the bartenders were efficient and attentive. The 80's cover band was fantastic, they didn't butcher any songs which was a definite plus!

Excellent fish and chips. The regular and sweet potato fries are great. Our server was fantastic. I ordered carry-out (online) the next 2 days and it was just as I ordered. Great all around experience. Also met the manager and she is terrific.

Gem of a restaurant and bar in the woodlands. Service is great and food comes out fast with pretty big portions. For those who have not, try the waffles....best waffles EVER
