Bidrage med feedbackWe are new to this area. Did not know of any good Mexican restaurants, except for the new Pappasito 's that they built in The Woodlands. Pappasito 's is okay, but not the kind of place I was really looking for. I went on to a foodie site that I 'm a member of, and ask for recommendations of some good little mom and pop Mexican restaurants. A couple of people mentioned Herreros. So we went there. Wow! We were not disappointed... The food is great the service is awesome , and the price is wonderful. We don 't drink alcohol, so I cannot comment about their drinks. But we were very impressed with the overall experience. Our servers name is Stephanie . She is awesome and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend them to anybody reading this review. You will not be disappointed! And their chalupas are killer ! We have been there three times since we found that place a little over a month ago. We 've even taken some friends there and they loved it. The owner is very friendly, and the first time came over and talked to us and welcomed us to his place. And each time that we have returned he recognizes us, shakes our hand and stops by our table and thanks us for coming. And I see that he goes by a lot of tables and talk to his regular customers. That 's why I like the small mom and pop places... 'Where everybody knows your name! ' Lol :
Best Mexican food we have found in a while. A 30 mile drive for us but definitely worth the trip. This will be our new go to spot.
Good food and good service , great prices ! I do recommend it !!!!
This place is the best in town. I am a Mexican food aholic and I try every place I can try. Herrera has the freshest food around!!!
We just love our neighborhood Herrera! Great food, awesome owners and staff as well! Pray for them as one of their other restaurants was damaged during Harvey's reign.
