Bidrage med feedbackWe waited 5 min on our server to take our beverage order, then almost 10 to get our drinks and order. When we waited for our drinks, two tables sat on the terrace next to us who had another server. When our wine flights arrived, the server couldn't tell us what wine was. Guess it was just part of the adventure! We saw the other two tables get their food and almost ready food. After about 40 minutes we flowed to another server and asked them what the problem was. She actually helped bring our food out a few minutes later. We have a cold pizza and an extremely boiled lamb... Honestly, it was quite terrible. The one thing the waiter was quick to get the check and pick up our cards... I usually don't charge restaurants a star, but this one deserves every bit of my one star rating.
Wine flight with fondue dinner and fondue dessert offers the perfect amount of food drink for two with exactly the right amount of leisure conversation. Patio is perfect. High-quality food, beverage service means slightly higher prices, but it will not break the bank.
That was always a special place for me, but this time the food was abysmal. No taste at all, the avocado toast had hardly anything on it, but rather unflavored wilted cucumber and tomatoes dominated and simply rough without other flavors or even balsam reduction or something for some taste. The Strawberry Belgium waffles were bland and dry. It's just not worth it. Only good at this visit was our server beautiful and the Moimosa carafe
The service and the atmosphere were great. Great place for Date Night. The menu is usually small bites and appetizers, but definitely enough if you are with wine after a light meal! Beautiful small terrace also.
On December 31, 2022. I called Cru resturant to see if I needed a reservations to dine in the resturant. The gentlemen who answered the phone stated, “no.” Two minutes later when my partner and I walked in the resturant we were greeted by a caucasian woman. I expressed to her that we there for dinner. She asked if we had a reservation. I expressed that I just called and spoke with a gentlemen that told me we did not need a reservation. The woman walked away as if she was going to find us a table. She never came back to the hostage stand. A gentleman can to the hostage stand asking if we had a reservation I expressed to him I spoke with someone and they stated, “ I did not a reservation.” The gentlemen stated, “we needed a reservation to dine in.” Mind you earlier that day I looked on their website, there was nothing on the website expressing that you needed a reservation to dine in for New Year Eve. I expressed to him once again what was stated to me over the phone two minutes before I walked in the door. I showed the gentlemen the my phone showing him where I called to prove that I was not making this up. The gentlemen proceeded to go back and forth with me. When I asked for the corporate office number the gentlemen wanted try and accommodate us. Then he proceeded to say, we can seat you all on the outside or at the bar, but we can not serve you any food. Why would we want to sit outside when it was cold? At this point, I scanned the room there was not one African American person in the resturant. I expressed to the gentlemen that he was discriminating against us because before we walked in the resturant we did not need a reservation once he saw who we were all of a sudden we needed a reservation. The gentlemen stated,” whatever” and did not allow us to dine in the resturant. All this occurred around 8:15 pm. I would not recommend anyone to patronage this resturant because they discriminate against people of color. They were very nasty and rude to us. We came to the resturant to spend money, but our black dollars was not accepted. Their action proved to my partner and I that they do not want African American people in their resturant.
