Taco Bell - The Villages

We went through the drive thru. The staff was efficient. There was a little delay in getting our food, but it was exactly, fresh, very hot when it arrived. We ordered the value burritos that were an excellent value at $2 each.

Dear Taco Bell, I would like to first my sincere gratitude to the staff of the store 029544 on Wedgewood Lane in The Villages, FL. I asked if they had the ability to do the Double Decker, and my checkout was friendly enough to courteously check and explain why it was not exactly possible. I let them know that it was pretty good and went to order it disassembled that I have eaten it since the early 90s... I know what's going on and had the biggest meeting with your cashier. It means it was Hanna on my receipt, but whoever treated the drive-thru was perfect. I just want to thank you for being so incredible. Your staff did not know that we only came from a rough visit to the veterinarian regarding our Psycho Psymon cat, they did not know that we were tired and hungry and overworked in a restaurant in the city, as I imagine, some of them were also. Your staff was just there. They made sure we had the snacks we needed to get through a rough night without knowing how rough it really was. They were sweet and accommodating, they were all you were looking for in customer service. Thanks for every member of your team. Thanks for your smile. I know it's hard. Thanks for work and for all snacks. You're the real MVPs. Honestly, The girl who built a double decker. P.S. The cashier name on my receipt said Hanna, but EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON THE CLOCK THAT NIGHT DESERVES A SHOUT.
