Old School Bagel Cafe - The Village

I've ripped a bunch of local places for poor customer service. However, these guys are always legit professional and make delicious bagel sangwhiches. I love this place.

Love Old School Bagel! A coworker used to bring in these fantastic bagels and when he left, I had to find out where he got them from. Turns out I live right around the corner! I thought the ordering system was a little odd the first time I visited but it's pretty efficient. Now I bring the bagels to work :

REAL Bagels!. It smells soooooo good the minute you open the door! You know you are at the right place! The bagels here are the real deal! Plain, sesame, cinnamon raison, everything, cranberry orange walnut, jalapeño cheddar...they are all good! There are no real favorites! The muffins are just as good as the bagels! Try lox and cream cheese with that bagel. You'll be happy! They don't skimp on cream cheese so if you want a small schmear, ask for light on the cream cheese. They know what they are doing!

The only place to get a real bagel. My kids and I visit at least once a week. We love EVERYTHING! I am never disappointed when I try something new. They will toast, slice, heat up, dig out or cut your bagel in fourths, whatever you ASK for, they will do! We also love the atmosphere. It is warm, friendly and fun. We are so glad that Oklahoma finally has a REAL bagel shop! <br/ <br/ Our favorite sandwiches include:<br/ <br/ Bacon, Egg Cheese Breakfast Bagel on Blueberry (you have to try this! <br/ Bacon, Egg, Sausage Cheese on Honey Oat (yummm <br/ Little Turkey on Honey Oat<br/ Tuna Salad on Honey Oat or Everything (tasty! <br/ Sooner Club on Plain or Honey Oat (lotsa meat! <br/ <br/ Bottom line is we are in love with these bagels. Once you taste them, you will be too!

Then 7 other people ordered and they didn't order their food. Sitting in the register and one of the workers said I saw a ticket falling behind the printer, then another worker went and got it so they could start our order. I owned a restaurant for 25 years and know you should do something to make it right for the customer, but not here. No good experience for our time to try old school bags
