Caffe Nero - The Vale of Glamorgan

Excellent service of two very hard working youngs. very busy, but very safe and well run. beautiful coffee and cake. it's worth a try.

Wouldn’t go there again! In the queue of about 5 people before me for about 15 mins, painfully slow service ordered 2 drinks and the a decaf latte only to be told that they didn’t have any decaf! At this point I said if I had known I wouldn’t have waited. I was offered decaf tea which I reluctantly accepted, it was an absolute waste of money, I had one sip only it was so awful. I would have got myself a cold drink but by this time the queue was twice as long, the whole place looked very tired, definitely won’t be going there again.

Toilets could do with tlc. No functioning flush handle, or airdryer

Very nice coffee in a really friendly store. Outside seating is great for sitting in the sunshine and watching the world go by.
