Bidrage med feedbackDo it! We loved the salt and pepper pork ribs and the garlic prawns were done perfectly. The hot pot pork dish was also great. A bottle of Pepperjack Shiraz went down beautifully in this friendly and well presented restaurant. All staff were helpful and efficient. Listen to their recommendations and enjoy your meal!
The A Team was on tonite at Dragon Court. We thank all the staff of Dragon Court at Skycity Casino. Food is terrific, congratulations to Chef and the service from wait staff is impeccable. Highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out.
Try the specialty dishes. Not the ones that appear on standard menus - don't just pick a monglian or a sweet and sour (although they are lovely - especially the Mongolian Lamb)... but try one of the more unusual sounding dishes. The Duck with sticky rice, the Vegetarian treasures, the pandan pudding. I am Asian. Eaten and cooked chinese my entire life. And I still say that our dinner last month at this restaurant rates as one of the best I have had (even in Asia). The service is professional and friendly, and fast! that was a bonus at the time. I do think that the atmosphere is a little lacking however, the layout of the restaurant itself is not entirely comfortable somehow - especially if you don't book early and so are seated in the 'back' private room area. But the food - top quality!
At the Dragon Court my wife chose Cantonese roast duck with hoisin and soya, which was huge and cost $27. I had sizzling Mongolian beef, which really did sizzle on the metal plate. We both declared the meal delicious and well worth the cost at $28. There was certainly no room for dessert!
OMFGDo not go here. Over priced and terrible food. I had the duck pancake and the lamb pancake. It was precooked mince duck dish and a precooked lamb dish on a pancake. So many people get sucked in to this place because they stay here. It's the traditional beef and black bean sauce and sweet and sour pork place for Pauline. Over priced too. So much for a multicultural Darwin. I really wished I had gone down the beach and had market food at Mindil. Shame on me
