The Rice Box

This is my go-to place when I want Chinese food. The last time I went, the lo mein was a little salty, but I think it was an off night as it was packed in there when I went to get my food. All in all I won't stop going there because the food is delicious affordable.

Update: Decided to go back to the location and reorder my dish since it was refunded and took back the wrong dish. Placed the order and guy behind the register was confused when I told him I had to pay since the other was refunded. He asked another worker what to do? And the 2nd guy rudely asks me what are you trying to accomplish? I said I 'm trying to pay for my order since you I was refunded the original order. After paying again, I asked for a receipt for the refund and they said they couldn 't give me a receipt. Guess I need to keep an eye on my bank account.Have been to this location a few times for take out. Great place with great food. However, this evening, half of my order was wrong and didn 't find out until I got home (20-25 min drive each way depending on traffic). Ordered the Pepper Steak dish and instead of getting what I ordered, I received some kind of Chicken Broccoli dish that smelled horrible.Called the location, they offered to remake if I 'd come and get it. I asked them to deliver (not sure if they offer delivery) and they said no. Only choice was to get it refunded, and they said it would take 3-4 days before I would see it back in my account.

Just ok if you are out late and need to grab something to eat?

This place was good but I wouldn’t say I was blown away. Decent food, I’ve had other places that were better. Their eggrolls are A1 though the orange chicken was okay and their fried rice is okay as well. Great customer service though I would recommend if you have a taste for Chinese

Very disappointed in the customer service. We ordered kung pao chicken and the meat was inedible with chewy pieces of fat (It seemed as if they served us the trimmings) I submitted two customer service inquiries regarding the order and received no response from the restaurant. We frequently visit the S shepherd location and have never had a negative experience there.
