Sonic Drive-in

Not crazy busy! The staff was cheerful and friendly. The food came out fast and hot! They provided napkins and sauce without me having to ask. Peppermint included!! This is how every Sonic is supposed to be!

I thought the manager Daniel seems to be a no-nonsense standup guy. His employees are making him and Sonic as a company look bad because they are behaving like tyrants and out of control. You cannot get away with harassment and discrimination of a customer for making a complaint. You're setting the company up to be sued and for all involved to lose their jobs. I've contacted Sonic President -Jim Taylor and Paul Brown.

The employees Raven and Aaliyah are allowed to harass my 16 year old daughter and family because I made a complaint. Apparently the manager is ok with this behavior or so that's what the employees say. He really should address this because they are making it seem as though he has no control over the store. This is terrible and can turn into a VERY bad situation. None wants their food, drink or child to be messed with! Not ok!!

This particular location has the best slushies in Houston in my opinion. Not sure what they do different, but I will go out of my way to come to this

The service here is always top notch. Daniel was very helpful tonight.
