It's was my first time on Pappas Burger, and the attendant Marquis was excellent with his skills,helping with the menu and recommendations.The burger was amazing. Everything was so tasty, and the stuff was friendly. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in Houston.

The manager checked on me numerous times, ensuring that my first experience here was nothing short of perfect. Great food and good service. I deducted one star just due to the price! I ordered the smaller “off menu” burger but was charged for the full size, so that’s annoying. The burger, fries, and soda were $24 with tip whew!
