Bad customer service!! I was there today and the lady at the register was ringing me up when she gave me my total and I told her I didn’t want the cookies and I told her to take those off and she made a face!! I told her what was so hard about it.. she only had to subtract the amount of the cookies from the total.. she acted like she didn’t want to do her job!! I hate writing bad reviews but this lady got me very upset.

A lot of beggers in front of the store asking for money. however it is the best bread in town. due to inflation it may get a little pricy now.

I stopped by after having Pho, and there were so many options available. I ended up getting about 10 items for just $7! The flavors are decent—not exactly "OMG, you need to buy two more!"—but they were tasty for pastries.

I have been buying pan dulce from this bakery for quite some time, and although their bread isn't quite as good as Arandas Bakery, I’ve been going there because it’s very close to my house. I had previously bought a cake from them on September 16 for my birthday, which turned out to be very good. However, when I purchased a cake for my niece's birthday on September 18, things took a turn. My mom asked the woman at the register which tres leches cakes were the freshest, as some of them appeared a bit crusty. The employee assured us that the cake she was giving us was fresh. Unfortunately, when we got home and cut into the cake, it tasted incredibly old and foul, so we ended up throwing it away. We wasted $25 and, worst of all, we had a disappointing birthday cake experience.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I've been a regular customer for years, but I've noticed that the service and the quality of the bread have declined, especially during the evening hours. The floors are consistently dirty. I also observed a woman at the second register who seemed to have a bad attitude while handling transactions. After dealing with cash, she continued to clean the tongs with what used to be a white rag, but now looks dingy and gray. It's disappointing to see such changes.
