This is a taco truck stationed right outside of Fiesta. The roasted corn itself was absolutely top notch. Some of the best corn I've had. Did want to mention that YOU are the one seasoning the elote, so if it doesn't taste good then that's all on you.

Amazing roasted corn, truly amazing. You do have to stand outside in line to get it, but you should know that... it's a good truck. Totally worth it though
