Jack In The Box

I was stuck in line for 33 minutes at a restaurant in downtown tonight. I wanted to leave but couldn't because I was trapped in the line. The staff member was not trained properly and showed no sense of urgency. I must say, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had in downtown.

I am absolutely certain that on a Sunday morning at 3 am, there is only one female employee working at the entire restaurant. This is completely unacceptable, as the line goes all the way around and it is taking her approximately 15 minutes for each order. She is not even taking orders from the drive-thru, only online orders. It is a single lane, so if someone did not place an online order, they are stuck waiting in line for about 40 minutes. It is truly disgraceful that they charge us so much money and then fail to properly staff the restaurant. The overall experience is terrible and could easily be improved by hiring one more person to work overnight, especially on weekends. Currently, I have about 10 cars behind me in line and it has taken about 40 minutes, but I am finally next. I cannot imagine how this lady stays sane, I am not exaggerating when I say this situation is absolutely insane.
