Fast Burger

They're supposed to close at 10 but the doors were locked at 9:20. There's something wrong with this picture.

I bought a mushroom swish and found two long hairs inside the burger

I walked in, stepped to the oven, entered my code, grabbed my sauces, and walked out the door.

Absolutely terrible service, we have been waiting for our pizza and it was ordered ahead online. the pizza was not even out in the oven or being made even after arriving and waiting for 30+min. Manager was decent enough to offer us wings which were even better than the pizza we paid money for. The pizza was rushed and made incorrectly as well.

Poor service. I tried to call to tell them the pizza I ordered with extra sauce had no sauce on it at all. The phone wasn't working. They must unplug it when they're busy. The other time they were correcting a wrong order (Cinnabites with garlic butter) they gave me Cinnabites with no icing. Maybe they don't care or are just careless, either way it's extremely poor service. The manager wouldn't even comp a bottle of soda for the inconvenience. I will never eat here again.
