Bidrage med feedbackThought I'd give it another try in Feb. 24. The order was over an hour late. The guy said he was outside. I thanked him and went to get my contactless order about 3 minutes later. It wasn't there! I tried to call the store but they NEVER answer the phone and customer service is a foreign concept to them. I remembered he called me so used my call log to call him directly. He said Oh! I'll be right there. So I guess he went back to the people he gave it to and got it back?!?! We spent over $90.00 plus tip. It arrived cold and in a jumbled mess. I tried to get them to answer the phone again but after 45 minutes of hearing them pick up and immediately put me on hold again, I gave up. I complained through their automated phone process and after a LOT of time answering everything in the book the recording said to call the store for help. That's right! This is a franchise and Domino's doesn't care or help in any way with franchises. So yes, lots of time wasted to try to call the store. Useless people. No more pizza for us! Can't believe I tipped the guy and will never be able to get it back.
This place has one of the best pizzas available. The staff is kind and friendly. They made my vegetarian pizza so yummy that I literally wanted to buy more! Just amazing bake quality and toppings were generously added. I want my next pizza from here only. Thank you Domino's
This last time. Food wasn't good. I think they gave me the wrong crust. Not enough meat. My wife's pizza was burned on the edges. I be going to Spanky's from here on out.
Very good treatment and good service I recommend them
After 1 hour of waiting I called to check on my order. The employee could not tell me how much longer it would be. He got mad and cancelled my order. What a LOSER this guy is.
