Taqueria La Fogata - The Dalles

The food arrived quickly and was mostly delicious. The chips from the chips and salsa were a bit too hard, but everything else was great. The Quesabirria Taco was especially delicious, with generous filling and consomme portions. The salsa was creamy in a way I havent seen before, but it worked well. The Gorditas as well. Very nice.

The sope was sideways in the bag, the shell was dripping it was so soggy. The shredded beef taco was good but the carne asada was awful. The green salsa was sweet and not at all spicy.

Tacos were not cooked in the birria broth. Nothing like photo on order

I got a Mixed Burrito with birria and asada and its easily the best burrito Ive had from any truck or place in town 11/10

Best Carne asada fries Ive had in town in a very long time! Rice wasnt very good, could use better seasoning, beans were good.
