A Restaurant that keeps its food supplies and utensils in a gross filthy washroom... I feel sad and bad for all those innocent customers who are being bluffed by the fake bling bling in the front, without knowing what they are consuming the cutleries they are using comes from a filthy WASHROOM that is being used by their employees on regular basis and in completely working condition. RAW FOOD SUPPLIES ARE LYING ON THE WASHROOM FLOOR!! FR? How Disgusting does one has to be to even think of following this kind of practice ? Oil container and Tea Bags lying next to a 'POT ' that is under use ?. All other raw materials kept on the floor where anything can crawl in. They have no Business ethics, Does not follow any Rules Regulations set by Canadian Food Secttor. Hope this message reaches out to open the eyes of Lovely People of Hamilton. There are kids and old people consuming this food. For love of God how disgusting one can be...

Brunch bagelnator iced tea. Food was very filling. First time visit since was in the area. It was fairly busy during lunch. They have a nice variety of bagels which you could order per piece, half dozen and a dozen. They also offer bagel sandwiches, warm/ cold beverages and a display of delicious pastries. ? Definitely worth the visit.

This Restaurant is a perfect example of How Gross , Unhealthy, Unhygenic a food restaurant can be. I will let the pictures do all the talking. This restaurant owners keep all the Raw Food Material, Plastic Cutleries, Tea Bags, Cups. Every food supply including Paper Napkins. Bags of Flour , Oil. You name it , in a WASHROOM FLOOR YES You read it right. All the food supplies with plastic Cutleries are lying on the washroom flloor nextto the POT Smelly Staff Shoes. They use a God Darn Washroom as a storage facility. The washroom is in use only used by employees. They posted a note on the same washroom door stating it is out of order. It is not, its simply because they use it as a storage area. We saw one of the staff member Girl coming out of it with pack of TEA BAGS CUTLERIES as they ran out of it on the front counter. Door was left open so we could capture this ugly Scenario. We almost three up and decided to leave and never visit this FILTHY Restaurant ever again. We are writing this Review to spread awareness as we do not want fellow Canadians to fall sick and end up in clinics. This is so devastating , mind boggling , disturbing fact. We are so glad we could getto see the reality of this restaurant. Hence, we want to share our disturbing experience with others through this post. Kindly refer to the Upsetting Gross Pictures. If this was not enough , one can clearly see that the guy making BAGELS is not wearing a 'Hairnet ' nor the place under that table is sanitized. I have seen myself that these guys would pick the wooden pallet off the floor and use it to turn take bagels out without even cleaning or sanitizing it. No wonder this place is like a Garbage Dumpster....

Jeet was very kind and helpful when I requested he cater some bagels for our bridal party and family on my wedding morning! He was very patient and helpful when assembling our long list of orders. The bagels were very yummy and I highly recommend Old Bagel House! Thank you Jeet!
