Twigs American Kitchen Grandscape

They are out of operation. shown for a event in grandscape and could not find another location with availability. open needs need to monitor their restaurants more accurately

So they go opentable. we made a reservation and then found out when we arrived that the restaurant was closed for months. to the luck we could get in and get a table at pf chang’s. please update that twiggs is not open and cannot accept reservations.

The restaurant is permanently closed. Why is it still available to book?!

CLOSED!! This restaurant is permanently closed and has not been updated on OpenTable. When I contacted OpenTable they said there’s nothing they can do as their contract with the client goes to 15th April. Do not make a reservation here! It ruined our evening, As we showed up thinking we had a reservation and found out it was closed. Then all the restaurants in the area had no availability for an hour to two hours.

I’m single so I’m always looking for great date night venues. I also organize a single’s group so I’m often looking for restaurants and bars for entertaining friends. Twigs simply didn’t meet my expectations. The waitress was good (not great). The food was decent (not great). Decor was nice (nothing spectacular). My glass of Malbec came to me in a filthy glass. No, not just a little dirty. It was filthy. Turned my stomach. Waitress replaced the the glass and wine but made no attempt to offer a discount or comp my glass of wine. No, I don’t look for handouts but I’m certain a restaurant striving for excellent customer service and retention would have offered.
