Poke 365 - The Colony

The Rabenladen is absolutely delightful! I really enjoyed the Pork Miso Ramen I ordered, but I'm definitely planning to come back to try the Poké Bowls. My friend had one, and it looked so delicious!

The fish at this place has consistently been fresh and flavorful, which is impressive, especially when ordering a poke bowl at a sushi restaurant, where sometimes the fish can be lackluster compared to their sushi offerings. Kudos to them for their high-quality fish. There’s a wide variety of toppings, and I’ve always found that online orders are accurate. The portions are generous and satisfying. One suggestion would be to add an extra rice option in the extras section of the menu. Given that it was a cool and rainy day, I decided to try the ramen for the first time. The tonkotsu broth was delicious, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The chashu was good but a bit chewy. While it may not offer a top-tier ramen experience, it’s still about 80% of what you would get at a dedicated ramen shop, and I would definitely order it again. It’s usually pretty quiet here when we visit, yet we gladly drive past several closer places to enjoy this meal, despite the hour-long traffic during rush hour in the area. I really hope this restaurant can continue to thrive long-term.

Always a delight! The poke here is consistently top-notch. The owner puts in a lot of effort, as he is usually on-site and personally manages the restaurant. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered lunch here at least once a week. I order online and it is ready in about 15-20 minutes. I'm obsessed. I don't really get the reviews about the service. I never really had a problem and I'm pretty common there. I also fully agree with the people who say that the portions are small. I order a 2 protein pack and bowl and although it is packed together, it is indeed quite a lot of food. Very recommended!
