Made In Puerto Rico Lounge - The Bronx

Food was cold and not seasoned I was very disappointed. You only accept cash that's crazy for a California restaurant. They didn't have a DJ they didn't have Hookah either. I often come here, so I was very sad to see how much the restaurant has changed.

The host/ security and including restaurant owner, customer service is very poor. It was our first time dining there super excited about it — all the excitement was cut short due to the way we were greeted and treated. The owner had an attitude when approached regarding a minors ID issue—-which shows a tremendous lack of professionalism, responded with attitude in front of other customers, rather than being calm and collected.Furthermore, the food could’ve been so muchhh better quality wise. It sounded so good on the menu but while eating, I couldn’t even finish my dish. Rice was dry and hard, steak with onions didn’t taste fresh. Waiters were good and attentive I give them that. Everything else needs improvement for sure.

Food was amazing drinks was strong music was good perfect for a work from home day. Parking was okay just be mindful the area is pretty busy so parking can be hard.

Great service. Waiter didn’t bother us a lot like at most places but he made sure we were taken care of. Food was awesome. Kudos to the chef! Great atmosphere! No complaints here

Thank God and my daughter Jaynittza had an excellent birthday at the restaurant Made In Puerto Rico. Quiet and pleasant. I recommend the delicious food!!
