Empanadas Monumental - The Bronx

Ordered the food. Had an delivery timer. Called the restaurant they said 10 minutes. Waited 20, tried to call again and they never answered. Had to cancel my order. I will make sure to stay away from this place. I hope no one else deals with this same dilemma.

Good empanadas, a lot of variety, little salty for my taste other than that flavorful food . Just costumer service need to be improved.

Most unprofessional place I have ever ordered from, tried blaming driver for a mistake they made and instead of helping they were and difficult, also not first time they’ve made a mistake with my order but for sure will be the last!

I ordered an hour ago and still haven't gotten my food. They took my money and won't reimburse me. Do not spent your money here.

The food was extremely salty i bought a bacon egg and cheese sndw (Salty) and cuban sandw (Salty) and 4 empanadas and salmon with fries (Salty) and it was all salty and they forgot my drinks. They are very heavy handed with the salt.
