Conti's Pastry Shoppe - The Bronx

I discovered Conti's on Instagram and I am so grateful that I did. The cake they made for my daughter's first birthday party was a huge hit and people are still talking about it weeks later! I have had bad experiences with birthday cakes in the past, but Conti's will now be my go-to bakery. The flavor was incredible and the design was perfect. I showed them a picture from Pinterest and they recreated it exactly. When I saw the cake at the bakery, I gasped loudly and everyone around me did too. It was truly perfect! I cannot thank Conti's enough. Our cake was vanilla with Tres Leche filling, while our cake pops were also vanilla. I made the candy apples and square pops/minnie mouse pops myself.

I went to this restaurant for the first time for my middle child's birthday, and now I am a loyal customer. We ordered the Black Forest cake and it was incredibly delicious and fresh. I also purchased some mini cakes and cookies, all of which were top-notch. The store's interior is beautiful and there is a wide selection that makes you feel like a kid in a candy store. They offer a variety of options from old classics to new treats, and even their macaroon cookies are moist and tasty. I appreciate that they take orders over the phone for simple cakes the day before. Thank goodness for that option!

I have always heard about Conti's cakes. I ordered a cake for my son's wedding dinner. I Literally ordered it 3 days before the wedding. The process was very easy and went smoothly. The salesperson was very professional and knew what she was talkingabout. She understood my vision. The cake looked exactly how I wanted it to look. It was absolutely gorgeous. And the tastewas so delicious. The fruit was so fresh. I will definitely return back to Conti's to order other cakes. If your reading this,and looking for something special. Give them a call. The restaurant offers three types of sugar-free cookies on display and I decided to order a sugar-free cake, which was deliciously made. I appreciate that they have options for diabetics and those watching their sugar intake. The restaurant also has outdoor seating and a full coffee bar, although I didn't see any milk alternatives. They do have regular drip coffee available for self-service, which I found convenient.

It was my first time walking to Conti?s. I picked up a number and was quickly attended to. The person helping me out was so awesome and patient. She walked me through the sizes of the Boston Cream Pie as well as asked for my preferences for the NutellaIced Coffee. Everything was delicious and am going to return and continue supporting this awesome business. Thank you so much!
