The Chapel - Thanet

The vegan bartender was very knowledgeable. They had a wide selection of vegan beers available. Although I didn't try the vegan burger on the menu, the small bar had a quirky charm with shelves still filled with books from its days as a bookshop.

We enjoyed a delicious creamy mushroom pie with a baked potato and gravy at this restaurant. The server who helped us was also a vegan! The restaurant is unique as it is actually a converted stable. The walls are decorated with books that are available for purchase. They also serve food late into the night.
