Auntie Anne's - Texas City

This place was great!!! Food was super good! Speed on getting the food wasn’t too great but it was good overall!!!

Good pretzels, and the server we got was really good. 10/10

The pretzels were great but the service was ridiculous. We went 11-22-20 at around 1pm. The guy at the counter was incredibly rude, clearly not wanting to be there. He took our order minimally. Didn't get the size correct, limited the options in flavors and basically slammed our items onto the counter. While the food was exactly what I had hoped for the service was enough to keep me from returning.

It was almost closing time so the mini dogs were kind of cold. The mini bites were good but they probably would have been better being fresh. All in all it was ok. The employees were really nice. Just need to try it for yourself.

These are my favorite pretzels ever! I bought a pretzel kit a few years ago that tastes just like the store-bought version. I love the flavor of sour cream, so I tried making the popcorn version, and it turned out just as delicious. I'm not sure where to find the pretzel kits in Houston, though.
