Walk On's Sports Bistreaux Texarkana

Great atmosphere but not happy with the waitress at all. The ticket says her name was Anna. She was friendly but I ordered chips and cheese with my poboy which was an upcharge. I received my food minus the cheese. She made me pick all the chips up off the plate to show there was no cheese. I promise, I didn't hide the cheese. She said she would bring some out but never did. When we were finished eating and ready for a to go box I again inquired about the cheese. She brought me the cheese in a very small sample cup and a to go box. I asked her to take the upcharge off the bill but she said she couldn't do that since the food made it to the table. It isn't about the small upcharge, it's the principle that after embarrassing me to show her that I wasn't lying about having cheese she still didn't bring me any until I was ready to go.

My original review put them at five stars. But this last time we ate there everything was so salty we could barely eat. That kind of saltiness that kind of burns your mouth and tongue. I mean everything the food even the **** Mary that I got was sooooo salty. And then our waitress disappeared after the food arrived. Someone else came and took over as we were ready to leave. No one ever checked on us, refilled any drinks nothing after we got our food. I guess now that the owner wants to sell this place for six million dollars hey is done with it apparently. Your workers were just playing. Some of them being obnoxious. Total 180 from one month ago. It was so bad I doubt we'll ever give it another chance.

Well used to be really really good. An oasis in this sea of Texarkana nasty restaurants. But they're beginning to join the ranks of nasty restaurants in Texarkana. Last visit was very disappointing. From the food which was ridiculously salty to the workers do all seems like there were there for their own personal party. Customer service was the last thing on their mind. What happened here?

Allie was a great server. She made sure our drinks were always filled and engaged us in great conversations. She also gave some great recommendations of what we should order, both drinks and food wise.

Amya, our server, was amazing! She was super sweet and attentive. I had the mango ahi tuna bowl and it was delicious. Great service, fun atmosphere, and good food. Definitely will stop again next time I’m in town!
