Starbucks - Texarkana

The staff here are really pleasant. I was in the mood for something refreshing, like tea, and they offered Chai tea. I decided to order it, but it turned out to be a Chai tea latte, which was just terrible. I've been a regular at Starbucks since the 1990s—I even visited the Starbucks in Memphis at BookStar on Poplar and tried one in London, UK, despite my friends insisting that Pret was superior. I've never had to return a drink for a redo until now, but I did this time. The barista kindly made me a peach lemonade instead, and it was much better.

We used the drive-thru to place and pick up our order. The young woman at the speaker was very helpful, friendly, and informative—she is a true asset to Starbucks. We really enjoyed our drinks and will definitely return to try more items from the menu.

The service is impressively fast, even with the large number of customers. The bagels are soft and truly delightful! The restrooms are maintained well, and the customer service is outstanding. On the downside, the parking lot is relatively small and frequently overcrowded. On a positive note, they do offer a drive-thru option.

This is the best-equipped and most efficient Starbucks I have ever been to. The day shift manager oversees everything with great attention, consistently striving to enhance her team's performance.
